Automated Cutting Centre:
Incorporating heavy duty Colgar shear 6000mm x 12mm maximum, to shear strips from plate to feed flat bar machines.
Three flat bar edge rolling and levelling machines:
To produce rolled edge flat bar (REFB) from sheared strip 3mm to 12.7mm thick inclusive in widths 20mm to 200mm. Lengths up to 6000mm. Each machine complete with ink jet printing to ensure full traceability of every bar produced.
